Over the winter, I spent time in safe places.
Curated, intentional, safe places.
Not loud places.
Not performative (still not sure if I like this word) places.
Not spaces where women had to prove how capable they were before being allowed to exhale.
Just… safe ones.
And over the course of that winter, I began taking pieces of a playbook I had, not secretly but safely, been building and walking through inside Sisterhood over the last two years.
Pieces formed through grief.
Burnout.
Disconnection.
Rebuilding.
Planning differently.
Living differently.
Learning what resilience actually looks like when life keeps moving.
And slowly, I started opening pieces of that playbook inside small spaces called The Anchored Woman Experience, the Identity -Based ALIGN Planning Method and the Anchoring Amidst journal.
Small rooms. Virtual conversations.
Women showing up carrying full calendars, full minds, full hearts and often no real place to set any of it down.
And something powerful started happening there.
Not because we yelled affirmations at each other(because we didn’t).
Not because someone handed out another productivity hack. Overdone.
Not because women were told to simply “push through.” Nope.
But because women were finally given space to hear themselves think again.
The Birth & Unfolding of The Anchored Woman Retreat
What began as mini masterclasses and conversations inside Sisterhood slowly became something bigger.
Or maybe deeper is the better word.
Because underneath the overwhelm so many women carry… there is usually not laziness.
Not lack of ambition.
But with a new focus on capacity.
Most women are not overwhelmed because they are failing.
They are overwhelmed because they have been carrying too much with nowhere to set it down.
As I call myself a motivational coach, most of what I do does not come from a place of rah-rah “let’s go” but from a place of “ok, let’s uncover HOW you can”.
Because the women I help don’t need one more motivational event.
They needed space.
Real space.
Space to breathe.
Space to process.
Space to look at their lives honestly without shame.
Space to create a sustainable rhythm that honors both who they are and who they are becoming.
And that is what led to The Anchored Woman Retreat.
A women’s retreat designed not around performance… but around anchoring.
Not just motivation.
Not just inspiration.
But grounded, identity-based planning for real life.
What Actually Happens Inside The Retreat
One of the main questions women had before coming to retreat was whether or not they would fit in.
Not with me.
With the other women in the room.
Who would be there? Would they belong? Would they feel behind? Too quiet? Too different? Too much? Not enough?
And that’s why one of the most intentional pieces of retreat was this:
When women walked into the room, there were no name tags.
No formal introductions.
No pressure to perform.
We came for ourselves first.
Women settled in quietly.
Coffee in hand.
Journals open.
Nervous systems slowly realizing they were safe enough to exhale.
And it wasn’t until later that morning that many women even learned each other’s names.
Because this retreat was never about networking.
It was about reconnecting.
Reconnecting with themselves.
Their vision.
Their capacity.
Their peace.
Their current and coming seasons.
Planning for Peace, Not Performance
Inside The Anchored Woman Retreat, we do something many ambitious women rarely allow themselves to do:
We hold life at arm’s length long enough to actually look at it.
The schedules.
The obligations.
The burnout cycles.
The expectations.
The dreams that have secretly been waiting underneath survival mode.
And then we begin building differently.
Not from urgency. From identity.
Through identity-based planning, guided journaling, nervous-system-safe reflection, and honest conversation, women begin creating a 90-day vision plan that actually feels like the gift from God that they are. Themselves.
Not a Pinterest-perfect version of them.
Their real lives. Their real capacity. Their real desires.
“I actually don’t think I could have discovered the things I did OR planned the way we did at retreat if I hadn’t taken this time for myself.” – Brenda, brick and mortar nutrition club owner, mom, spiritual friend
A plan that contains healing instead of chaos.
A rhythm that allows room for both growth and breathing.
A structure that supports fulfillment instead of constant exhaustion.
Because sustainable success cannot be built on self-abandonment.
The Most Beautiful Part
There is something incredibly powerful about watching women dream again in a room where they feel safe.
Safe enough to be honest.
Safe enough to admit what is no longer working.
Safe enough to want more without apologizing for it.
Along the way, women shared insights.
Words. Vision. Stories. Learning experiences.
Not in a loud way.
But in a deeply human way.
“This day was a literal gift from God!” – Megan, mom, entrepreneur, attendee
And maybe my favorite part of all of it is this:
The retreat does not end there.
It didn’t even truly begin there.
It began in Sisterhood.
In weekly conversations.
In tiny moments of courage.
In mini masterclasses.
In women slowly learning they were allowed to take up space in their own lives again.
And after retreat?
That support continues.
Because transformation is beautiful.
But sustainable transformation becomes legacy.
That’s why the women who walk through retreat continue growing together inside Sisterhood through weekly calls, mini masterclasses, ongoing support, and real-time application of what they uncovered during retreat. For 90 days!
Not perfection. Practice.
Not pressure. Support.
Not “fixing yourself.” Anchoring yourself.
Maybe This Is Your Next Step
And so if you are somewhere along this journey…
If you have felt overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally exhausted, or secretly unsure how to keep carrying everything the way you have been…
I want you to know something: You do not have to figure it all out alone.
Maybe retreat is your next step.
Maybe Sisterhood is.
Maybe it starts with one workshop, one journal prompt, one honest conversation, or one afternoon where you finally allow yourself to breathe long enough to hear your own heart again.
You can find all the next open sisterhood sessions, workshops and retreats HERE!
But if you are craving clarity, connection, sustainable rhythm, resilience, confidence, and space to become who you are growing into…
You would probably fit here more than you think.
And with my whole heart…
I wonder if you’ll be one of the women we welcome next.
